By clearly defining what we expect from you and spelling out the skills that will help you advance, we are offering a new way for you to chart a course for success at THE WORKS. This Skill-Level program was developed by a committee with members representing both technicians and management. Through their efforts we learned of important issues that require addressing; the program needed to be clear and well defined, with well-structured positions descriptions and definitive criteria for performance evaluations. To ensure that our providers are the best in the business, we will offer a comprehensive effort to help them develop the necessary technical, interpersonal, administrative, and customer service skills.
